György Orbán was born in 1978, in Budapest.

 

 

 

 

He started to play on classical guitar when he was 6. He changed it to double bass when he was 18, when he realized bass is the instrument he can express himself the most with. In 2003 he won the third best price on the jazz-bass competition by the Hungarian Radio.

He attended to numerous international festivals as well as to an american tour with the East Gipsy Band.
